Vaginal Birth After Cesarean

Finally, common sense (based on evidence, of course).

ACOG declares that VBAC is safe and a trial of labor should be offered to women who have previously undergone cesarean section.

    Still, I wonder how many OBs will allow this information to impact their own comfort zone. Hopefully patients will use this in their favor, as it seems that, at least in contemporary times, they are the catalyst for direct change (rather than the med journals and med organizations). Thanks for posting!
